WELCOME TO

ZAL TRACK & FIELD

ZAL Track & Field is an AAU track league. This teaches the participant proper running fundamentals.

Who can play? Team is coed between the ages of 5 years old - 14 years old

Season Duration: March - June

​

 

There is one team-- The Zephryhills Running Bulldawgs.

​

What will I need to register? Complete track & field registration form, image consent form, a copy of birth certificate and registration fee.

 

When are practices and games? Practices will be determined by the coach of when and where, once teams are set, the coach will contact you with this information.

 

What will my child need? ZAL will supply track uniform. Track Shoes will need to be supplied by parent/guardian. An open mind to learn and a positive attitude.

 

Cost-$60.00

ZAL YOUTH TRACK & FIELD RULES

 1. High school rules shall apply. On foul shots, the lane cannot be entered until the ball hits the rim.

 2. Each team will be awarded 4 timeouts per game.
